Billing and Cancellation Policies:

Initiation Fees and annual dues are payable upon enrollment.

Initiation fees and annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Monthly dues are automatically charged each month on the calendar day of enrollment.

Naples Pong requires a minimum of 3 payments before requests for cancellations can be made.

Naples Pong requires a 30 Day Notice for cancellation of any monthly or annual contracts.

Naples Pong reserves the right to change membership policies and fees with a thirty day notice.
