USATT SANCTIONED TOURNAMENTS NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION!!
Naples Pong offers USATT-sanctioned tournaments to provide well-structured opportunities for competitive match play to all levels and ages. We welcome tournament enrollments from both our members and visiting players.

Which Events Should I Register for?
The USATT (USA Table Tennis) rating system is a standardized method used to assess a player's skill level in table tennis with higher ratings indicating higher skill levels. Ratings are based on a player's performance in sanctioned tournaments, with points gained or lost depending on match outcomes.
For Naples Pong customers without a USATT rating, we can provide a general guideline to help them determine which event category they should play in based on their skill level:
1. Beginners (0-999): Players who are new to the game or still developing their skills should consider participating in the Beginner category. This category is suitable for those who have not yet obtained a USATT rating.
2. Intermediate (1000-1499): Players who have a basic understanding of table tennis techniques and can consistently hit basic shots should consider the Intermediate category. This category is also suitable for players with a USATT rating below 1500.
3. Advanced (1500+): Players who have developed advanced techniques, strategies, and consistent play should consider the Advanced category. This category is also suitable for players with a USATT rating of 1500 or higher.
For players without a USATT rating, they may not be eligible to advance directly from the group stage. Upon participating in your first USATT sanctioned tournament, you will receive rating points for subsequent tournaments automatically based on your matches outcome.
Players are allowed to enter all events for which they are eligible based on their rating.
Additionally, Naples Pong can offer training sessions and support to help players develop their skills and improve their USATT rating. Players who are unsure of their skill level can consult with our coaching staff for guidance. Experience the thrill of competitive table tennis at Naples Pong Butterfly Open Tournament.
